Sachmo is a bilingual art center in the heart of Oaxaca City. Its workshops, gallery, library, and studio spaces draw in people from all over the world at various stages in their life. Native Oaxaqueño, Saúl Castro, and American, Noël Chilton founded Sachmo in 1999 in order to provide a space for people of all kinds to discover, improve, or perfect their artistic abilities.

Sachmo es un centro de arte ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad de Oaxaca. Sus cursos, galería, biblioteca, y talleres libres atraen a artistas de todos los niveles y de todas las edades. Nativo de Oaxaca, Saúl Castro, y su esposa norteamericana, Noël Chilton, fundaron Sachmo en el 1999 para procurar un espacio para que gente de todo tipo pudiera descubrir, mejorar, o perfeccionar sus habilidades artísticas.
